environment. We work Indoors and occasionally outdoors as well.

Workers are required to have a phone or pager. Some way to be contacted when needed. Reliable transportation is a must.

We have very flexible hours and able to work around most schedules. This job is to be considered part-time mostly as we have ups and downs in the business. Sometimes going weeks between jobs and at other times working non-stop for week after week. You may work a minimum four hour day or continue on and do eight, ten, even sixteen hour days. Once on a call We are on for the duration. The Show Must Go On !

This job is like no other. The work is not hard but requires a lot of walking and the use of some hand tools. You need to be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 50 pounds.

depending on who we work for, sometimes longer. Advancement is fast and is based on the number of calls as well as performance. The schedule changes often and varies extensively.

The Nature of This Business

To work part-time in this industry requires one thing above all. the thing that most defines a person is what we need. The thing that says responsibility and most describes a character Keeping your word. Do what you say you will. Don't take a call and then not show up. You just made the company look bad and caused someone else to lose a chance to make some good money. If you take a call it is imperative that you SHOW UP! The Instant you have a problem, CALL ! Even if you are showing up late it is still better than to not show up at all. You can make a good living working about six months out of the year doing this so don't mess it up. If you miss a call that you agree to take, then we lose trust in you and have no choice but to move you on down the list which makes for less work. Missing a call time that you have confirmed is the ultimate sin. If you ever have doubts about being able to fill a call time then don't hesitate to decline the

offer. It is not mandatory that you work, this is of your own free will, and no one is twisting your arm. Refusing a call does not change your status. But when a call is

accepted then everything is on the line for the company and for you.

The company is only as good as it's last show, it's reputation so to speak. Anyone not showing up effects us all. When we show up short on a call, the client will lose confidence in us. Generally they will supplement the next call from other labor sources to insure that they are not caught short again. Which means that only some of us get to work next time. And it works the other way to.

The more dependable, the more they will rely on us to do more.

If you have someone you would like to refer, then it will be necessary for you to have worked at least three shows to show your own dependability before we can

consider them. Consider carefully anyone you wish to refer. They effect us all,

including you. We are a team, and with a crew that shows up on call on time, we can be a winning team.

The pay starts at $ 12.00 per hour. After training &

Probation, time runs at $15 per hour, time & one half

After eight hours and on weekends.
